Today I decided that my office serious de-cluttered required. So many pieces and items that I did not seem necessary equipment and I was no longer in use for a while and did not intend to join soon mounted up. I have been thinking about creating a workplace that was minimal. What is your minimalist workplace? For 2010 I will be keen to keep only things in my office is really important for what I do and nothing more.
Last year, I find this whole minimalist stuff, taking things seriously, which is not necessary. I sold a few shelves and cabinets and storage units, and gave a couple of old computers and other things that I knew that I would never use it again or in a hurry. The experience was very refreshing to say the least. My office felt better and seemed better, though. I even nearly the need for paper and thus will also buy paper, toner and filing system to eliminate stored. I used to love to buy pens, Highlighters and markers and place them in a cup on my desk, not really with them. Now I have this purchase even more, because I do not have to use it, often paper. It sounds extreme and perhaps a bit depending on what you do, you probably can not get away from paper, but I try to think about the environment. Save some trees. It is perfectly possible, without paperwork, especially if you work in a virtual environment that I, is a virtual assistant. Your needs may change my mind, but if there is a possibility that the road through the simplification of work or some changes in your work area and still what you're doing, without the help of all the things needed to improve out why not give it a chance ?
