Typically, it is natural response to the concept of process improvements. But it was not. Here are five (5) simple steps you can take to improve the productivity of enterprises is

There are a few basic tasks to be done to a company to be successful. Sometimes it's good to see a new perspective on the basics to show that the organization is on track. If there are fundamental problems in the daily operations of your business, changes in other areas should not lead to improvements. Terms of order, cleanliness, discipline and management of costs and prices are examples of bases in all organizations. Although the basic workers' needs are not met, we can not expect meaningful improvement in other areas. Maintenance of these databases may lead to higher productivity, safety and employee satisfaction. The adoption of 5S philosophy of Kaizen (the Japanese words kai meaning change and zen, which is good) is a way to get the basics of care. This is a frequently used tool in the Lean Six Sigma Toolbox.

5S model include:

Sort: Clear out unused or seldom used items from work
Same: You create a place for everything and everything in its place
Shine: Keep it clean, no dirt or debris in the workplace. Regularly scan and remove things that interfere with quality work on time.
Maintaining standards is to develop systems and processes to improve productivity and quality of work.
Sustain: Use plain management audit to include a stabilizer in the workplace

Example:

The number of claims by third part administrators because of the mistakes were a serious problem for a hospital. False claims for additional work for staff led requirements and delays in reimbursement for the hospital. A process improvement team was formed to solve this problem. They interviewed claims processors and others in the office. They found that the noise and constant interruptions, it was difficult for claims processors to complete an entire transaction without interruption claim. Disruption caused to miss steps in dealing with simple changes were made to solve the problem. Employees who were happy to listen to music while they worked, are encouraged to use headphones and all claims processor has a block of "protected time" each week. During this time, being protected, they can transmit their phone calls to an employee and was not available for meetings. With these simple changes, the amount of returned claims by 40%.

Kaizen is a good starting point for process improvements quickly and easily and will result in measurable and sustainable improvement of productivity.
